3. Orders and Payments
Orders placed via this website or by email constitute a binding offer. Envora Farms reserves the right to accept or decline any order. Payment is required before dispatch. We accept major payment methods as listed at checkout.
4. Delivery
We ship to all major cities and towns across India. Dispatch occurs within 2 working days of order confirmation. Delivery typically takes 4–7 working days. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Returns and Refunds
If a product arrives damaged or significantly different from its description, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@envorafarms.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Perishable goods cannot be returned.
6. Farm Visits
Farm visit bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Envora Farms reserves the right to reschedule visits due to weather, harvest conditions, or other factors. Guests attend farm visits at their own risk and must follow all on-site safety instructions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, images, graphics, and branding — is the property of Envora Farms or its licensors. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Envora Farms is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our products, beyond the value of the order placed.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
